Start with installation of resistors R1P to R4P
and R6P to R30P, total of 29 resistors.
Note: the resistor R5P is not to be installed.
Install diodes D1P and D2P, orientation as per
Install diodes D3P to D9P. Install inductor L3P.
Install inductors L1P and L2P. Also install
Install crystal Q1P and capacitors C1P and
Install capacitors C3P, C10P, C11P, C12P, C13P,
C14P, C16P, C17P and C4P.
Install capacitors C6P, C22P and LED1P.
Install capacitors C7P, C8P, C21P, C22P, C23P, C24P, C25P
Do not install capacitors C18P, C19P and C20P !
Install integral circuit IC2P and IC3P.
Pay attention to orientation !
Install 40 pin socket for IC1P.
Pay attention to orientation.
Install MOSFET TR1P.
Install pin headers SV8PA,
SV9PA and SV10PA.
Note: Pay attention to orientate pin headers as per PCB layout, as shown on
photo below. Once soldered pin headers are difficult to remove.
Install pin headers SV1PA, SV2PA, SV3PA, SV4PA, SV5PA,
SV6PA and SV7PA.
Install transistor TR2P.
connector K0P and audio connectors K2P, K3P and K4P.
On the bottom side of PCB install SMT capacitors C5P and C6P.

Install jump wires JP1 and W1.

Note: JP1 must be mounted on the top side of the board.
Install microcontroller circuit IC1P.
Note the orientation of pin 1 which located on the bottom right end on photo
This completes the assembly of the microcontroller of the G59.
1. Connect 12V DC
power supply to plug DC1S.
Note: Do not connect the USB cable yet !
Check the frequency of microcontroller's oscillator at pin 14. It should read 16.000 MHz.
